Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Confirming the ownership of a mill, 1934
The document reads in parts: "Dear Shariʻatmadar (local religious notable), Mr. Fazil, I, Hasan Muhsini, am writing to you about the mills with all its equipment located next to the houses of master Muhammad, the architect. These belonged to Aqa Muhammad Karim's father in previous years, but now they belong to me. I would be grateful if you would write a note to that effect above this letter and confirm it with your seal". April 5, 1934. This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk's properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan.
